A bathroom is the easiest room to get wrong. Water gets behind cheap tile, and a bad plumbing job shows up months later. If we move plumbing or add a bath, Lindon City has to permit and inspect it, and they will not inspect work done without a permit. We waterproof, set tile level, plumb it right, and take care of the permit and the city inspector for you.
We seal and waterproof behind the tile so water never gets where it should not.
New supply and drain lines run right, tested, and built to code. We know the old plumbing in State Street homes.
We pull the permit with Lindon City Community Development, build to code, and meet the city inspectors for you.
