Sometimes you love your home and your street, you just need more space. An addition gives you that room without the cost and stress of selling and buying. We add bedrooms, suites, second stories, and apartments, and we do the whole thing under one roof: foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, paint, flooring, trim, and finish work.
An addition is a bigger job than a single room remodel. It needs a city permit and a licensed engineer, because you are changing how your home is built. Dakota handles the plans, the engineering, and the permits, so you do not have to chase any of it. You get one written price before we start, and Dakota runs the job from the first walkthrough to the final inspection.
