A remodel has to be done to code, or it can cost you when you sell. Because we are local, we deal with the Spanish Fork City building office all the time. We pull the permits and pass the inspections so your project is legal and built right.
A basement finish needs a city permit, and Spanish Fork does not charge a fee for the basement permit itself. We file it and handle the inspections.
