Lindon City runs its own Community Development office, and they review and inspect remodels right here in town. They will not inspect work done without a permit, so it pays to do it the right way. We take care of all of it, on both the old homes near State Street and the newer homes on the east bench.
Homes near State Street and Main are full of older homes that need a real, full update. We plan for the surprises before we start.
Bigger, newer homes up toward the Bonneville Shoreline Trail get finishing touches, new finishes, and rooms made their own.
