Eagle Mountain runs its own building department, and a finished basement has to be done to code. We take care of the city paperwork and the safety pieces so your project is legal and built right, whether your home is brand new or a few years old.
The city requires a permit to finish a basement or do framing, electrical, or plumbing. We pull it and build to code.
