Short answer: most Utah County bathroom remodels land somewhere between $5,000 and $55,000. That is a wide range, so let me break it down. The number depends on which bathroom it is and what you put in it.

One honest price, in writing. Every bathroom is a little different. The ranges below give you a real ballpark. When I come out and look at your bathroom, you get one clear price in writing before any work starts. No surprises, and no commission salesman.
The three kinds of bathroom (and what each costs)
The size of the room is the biggest piece. A tiny half bath is a small job. A big primary bath is a much bigger one. Here is how I think about it:
Half bath: about $5,000 to $12,000
A half bath has a sink and a toilet, no shower or tub. There is less to tear out and less to put back. New floor, new vanity, new toilet, paint, and a light fixture will land most half baths in this range.
Full hall or guest bath: about $12,000 to $28,000
This is the everyday bathroom with a tub or shower, a sink, and a toilet. Once you add a tub or shower and tile, the price goes up. New tile, a new vanity, a new tub or shower, fixtures, and a fan put most of these in this range.
Primary or master bath: about $25,000 to $55,000 or more
This is the big one off the bedroom. Think a tile walk-in shower, a soaking tub, a double vanity, and nice finishes. More square feet and more tile means more cost. A high-end primary bath can go past this range when you pick top materials.

Two bathrooms the same size can cost very different amounts. Here are the things that move the number the most.
Walk-in shower vs. tub
Keeping a tub in the same spot is the cheaper path. A custom tile walk-in shower costs more. The tile, the glass door, and the waterproofing all add up. Many people still pick the walk-in shower in a primary bath, and that is fine. Just know it raises the price.
Tile
Tile is a big swing. A small floor in basic tile is cheap. A full tile shower with a tile floor and a niche takes a lot more labor and material. The fancier the tile and the pattern, the more the labor.
Vanity and double sinks
A single vanity is less than a double. Two sinks means more cabinet, more counter, and a second set of plumbing. A double vanity is popular in primary baths, and it adds to the cost.
Moving plumbing
This is the hidden one. If we keep the toilet, sink, and shower where they are, we save money. If we move them to a new spot, we have to move pipes and drains inside the floor and walls. Moving plumbing is one of the biggest cost adders in any bathroom.
Surprises in older homes
Utah County has a lot of older homes. When we open the wall, we sometimes find old pipes, water damage, or wiring that needs fixing. We tell you right away and put it in writing. It is better to fix it now than to tile over a problem.
Want the lower end of the range? Keep the tub and the plumbing where they are, pick a simple tile, and stick with a single vanity. Want the higher end? A tile walk-in shower, a double vanity, and moved plumbing will get you there. Both are great. It is your call.
Half bath vs. primary bath: a quick example
Say you have a small half bath and a big primary bath, and you want both done. The half bath might run $8,000. The primary bath, with a tile walk-in shower and a double vanity, might run $40,000. Same house, same crew, very different jobs. That is why I never quote a flat number over the phone. I come look first.
